Audi RS4s, don’t you just love them?? What a beast of a car… well we had these kerbed RS4 wheel that just required freshening up, so we removed the damage from the wheels, stripped them of the original finish, and then powder coated them in a sparkle silver. Unfortunately i can’t find the pictures of the actual car, this one was special too, with the number plate it had. Here’s some, of the wheels.
A good friend and client of ours has a few wheels for sale which he has bought and not used over the years, some of these are still brand new in the box.

The stud pattern for these is 5 x 120
and the 5th set is 4 Audi Avus s3 wheels, 5 x 100, these have not been used since being refurbished, but have the odd couple of storage marks. £350 ono collected

Here we have a set of Volkswagen Tiguan R line, Omanyt wheels forsale. The wheel are 5 x 112 stud pattern so may fit other vehicles such as vw golfs and passats.
Measurements are 9 x 19 and the offset is et33. They are really nice wheels finished in sparkle silver, all 4 have centre caps. Not a kerb mark in sight as they have not been on a car since we refurbished them. Yours for £1,200 ono
If you own a set of BBS RCs which came on your limited edition VW Golf Anniversary, you will be more than aware that the standard ball burnished finish did not last long, the lacquer flaked, blistered and became milky, leaving the wheels looking very poor. You will also have known that under warranty you were given a set of silver grey powder coated BBS RCs as VW soon realised they would keep having the same problem if the wheels are ball burnished again.
We know many owners like and prefer the original look of the wheel as it makes the car stand out giving it a unique look compared to other GTIs. Well look no further, here at Pureklas, we are now offering a chrome powder coat finish, which if you look at the pictures, I’m sure you will agree is virtually identical to the original finish that came on the BBS RCs from factory on the Golf Anniversary.
However, there is one difference, this is a powder coated and baked finish, leaving you with no lacquer lifting, flaking or webbing issues.
We know there are companies that offer chrome powder coat but this simply leaves the finished product looking grey with a bit of extra shine, we know, as we have had sample from others too. Our chrome powder coat is a chrome powder coat, not far off a polished finish. You can see from the pictures the quality of the finish we provide with our chrome powder coat is of a better quality compared to others.
So all those people who were given silver wheels on warranty or had to powder coat there wheels black, silver or grey because no one could replicate the original finish, contact us at pureklas, and restore your car to its former condition with the original factory look.
We are now offering an exchange service on BMW M3 e46 19inch original wheels. If your original set have developed the regular lacquer peel damage which they all do, due to the original diamond cut finish and you’re now looking for something a little special, then look no further.
How does the exchange service work?
We will arrange a suitable date with you and will require a holding deposit of £60 payable via paypal. You will drive to us in your M3 with original wheels still on the vehicle and our tyre fitters will take your wheels off the car, strip the wheels of the tyres, check that they are the genuine items, and then change your tyres over to the set of wheels we will be supplying, which will have already been mirror polished. These will then be fitted to your vehicle and the remainder of the balance will then be payable, minus the deposit already paid.
Everything is done on the same day, after a couple of hours you will be driving back with a set of refurbished, mirror polished m3 wheels.
How much will it cost?
The total cost to the customer is £360. This is all you pay, and it will cover the polishing of the new set that you will receive, sealing them, and the tyre exchange and balance. We will require a £60 holding deposit, to hold the wheels for that particular date, the remainder of the balance is then settled on the day of the exchange.
What is the deposit for?
The deposit is to hold the exchange set of wheels for that particular date.
This deposit is non refundable if you arrive with replica wheels, it will then compensate for both the tyre fitters time and our own. If in doubt, get a local tyre place to take the wheels off and see if they are stamped with BMW on the rear.
What wheels qualify for this offer and what do I get?
This offer is for the BMW e46 19inch m3 wheels only, staggered fitment.
If your wheels have bad lacquer or some kerbing then they will qualify for this service.
If your wheels have chunks missing or the paint on the inside of the spokes is also damaged, then the price will vary, so please contact us with pictures if this is the case with your wheels.
We will not accept buckled wheels or replicas; if you have vibrations through the steering then most likely you have a small buckle. Replicas and buckled wheels are easy enough to distinguish, so for this reason, deposit will be lost if wheels are buckled and we will refuse the exchange.
The offer is like for like, you will be receiving a set of genuine BMW M3 wheels, 19inch, with fully mirror polished faces and sealed using wheel sealant.
The finish we provide is a lot brighter than the original m3 finish, and we recommend regular maintenance using poorboys wheel sealant which is also available on ebay.
We have included images of previous BMW m3 wheels we have polished. The image showing the red e46 convertible and the Grey one shows the difference in shine between our finish and the regular finish. The grey one is wearing the wheels polished by us and the red one has diamond cut standard m3 wheels on it.

These RH ZW1 split rim wheels arrived with extra lips. as the owner had some wider lips. However the new ones looked like they had been stripped and blasted, making the polishing more difficult, to get a smooth surface. The centres were in a Matt black type of finish, almost textured like a crackle finish. Unless they had just gone like that with age.
We stripped the centres back to bare metal and powder coated them in sparkle silver, the lips were mirror polished and the wheels then rebuilt using new chrome plated bolts.
These VW split rims are quite rare, made by BBS, they came on a few mk4s we think. They had seen better days and had deteriorated over time, so needed freshening up. It was a set of 5, and the wheels were first split into 2 pieces. The centres were then stripped of the current finish, and then powder coated in sparkle silver. The lips then had the bad kerbing removed and were then mirror polished, and the wheels rebuilt using the same bolts.
These Porsche Design 90s wheels had arrived already stripped as the customer had started working on them himself, but gave up, so handed them over to us to mirror polish them.
This set of e36 motorsport wheels were finished with polished lips and a cream centre, they were in good condition, yet the owner was looking for a new look. He wanted to see how they would look fully polished, and from experience, we knew these wheels come out really well!!
We began by stirpping the whole wheel of its original finish, we then removed any small kerb damage, and then polished them to a mirror finish. They came out very well! Please click on the pictures below to enlarge them.
We had a set of painted RH cups arrive, the customer wanted the paint all stripped off and the lips mirror polished, so that he could then paint the rest of the wheel when he has the car painted.
